Individual therapy

Connection | Clarity | Choice

In therapy sessions with me, we’ll explore the roots of your challenges, feelings, thoughts, behaviours, habits and relationship patterns.

I help people move from avoidance, inner chaos, fear, self-doubt, and feeling lost, stuck or disengaged to ease, clarity, liberation, and connection themselves and others.

I work with an awareness of intersectionality, cultural diversity, and individual beliefs. I specialise in family, friendship, and romantic relationships - supporting clients through endings, deepening intimacy, and healing trauma, including intergenerational patterns. I’m neurodivergent-affirming and have worked with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, as well as visible and invisible disabilities. I also work with addiction. Majority of my clients come from diverse and multicultural backgrounds, and we explore life transitions, power, privilege and oppression. I am also open to exploring big existential questions like freedom, purpose, or the current state of the world.

My approach

Relational

In our sessions, we might focus on how you relate with yourself or your experiences, how you interact with others or, perhaps, what emerges within your relationships. Many have learned that parts of ourselves are unacceptable, shameful, or too much. If we are wounded in relationships, we can also heal through them.

Transactional Analysis

This approach helps you understand your unique story and break free from patterns or narratives that no longer serve you. These may stem from a difficult childhood, past trauma, or life pressures.

I see mental health as being deeply influenced by the world around us - our social, cultural, and political environments. This perspective is personal to me. As an expat woman living in the UK, I understand the challenges of finding one's voice amidst differences. This journey allows me to empathise with the challenges of navigating cultural identities, life transitions, and relationship complexities.
