In therapy sessions with me, we’ll explore the roots of your challenges, feelings, thoughts, behaviours, habits and relationship patterns.
You might want to discuss with me:
Inner chaos and discomfort
Feeling stuck and unable to enjoy the present moment
Desire to feel alive and in touch with your own needs and emotions
Anxiety and despair
Belonging and diversity
Self-esteem and imposter syndrome
Identity and connection to self
Demands and pressures of life
Burnout
Relationship concerns and quality of relationships
Loneliness and thoughts of separation
My approach
Relational
In our sessions, we might focus on how you relate with yourself or your experiences, how you interact with others or, perhaps, what emerges within your relationships. Paying close attention to relational patterns can help to uncover the roots of your challenges.
Transactional Analysis
This approach helps us uncover recurring patterns in our lives and encourages mindfulness in our sessions. We might explore your past to help you understand yourself better and make more conscious choices moving forward.
I see mental health as being deeply influenced by the world around us – our social, cultural, and political environments. This perspective is personal for me, as I explore my identity as a Lithuanian woman living in the UK and being in a relationship with someone from another culture. This journey allows me to empathise with the challenges of navigating cultural identities, life transitions, and relationship complexities.
